Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned ON and compatible with SmartShine (Check App Minimum Requirements) before making the connection and no other phone is connected with your SmartShine light. If you are still having issues, turn OFF the physical wall switch, wait for 1 min, turn it on and try making the connection.
